1. Prepare yourself:

Wash your hands, get a stop watch with you and a mirror.

2. Get one set of impressions material:

One catalyst and one Base

3.Mixing:

Start mixing both the catalyst and the base till you they form a homogenous blue color and roll it to a hot dog shaped form and try to put the impression material to fit the tray.

Mixing need to be done for 30 seconds
